About the estate
The VinVentum winery in Trentino-Alto Adige is a father-daughter project run jointly by Stefan and Julia. The working method is organic and traditional, with all vines meticulously tended by hand. Machinery is avoided, and natural teas are used instead as a gentle plant protection method. This mindful cultivation promotes biodiversity in the vineyards and forms the basis for wines of the Alto Adige DOC denomination.
