About the estate

The Vini Toros winery is located in the locality of Novali near Cormòns in the heart of the Collio Goriziano denomination. The history of the estate dates back to the early twentieth century when great-grandfather Edoardo laid the foundations in this region. Today, the estate is led by Franco Toros, who continues the family tradition and dedicates himself intensely to the care of the vineyards. The wine production includes various local and international grape varieties such as Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Merlot under the Collio DOC designation. A barrel cellar carved into the hillsides provides the environment for the aging of the wines.
