About the estate
The Vini Simonetti winery is located in Staffolo in the Marche region and was founded around seventy years ago by Dino Simonetti and Maria Schiavoni with one hectare of vineyards. From the very beginning, the estate refrained from using herbicides, systemic treatments, and anti-mold products in the vineyard, and maintained low sulfur levels. Today, the grandchildren manage fifteen hectares of vineyards and produce approximately 30,000 bottles annually, with a strong focus on the foreign market. To create these natural and genuine wines, the estate relies on careful manual harvest selection and low yields per hectare.
