The Viñedos del Carmen, S.A.T. estate is located in Calahorra within Spain's La Rioja region and operates under the Rioja DOCa denomination. Wine production relies entirely on estate-owned vineyards with an average vine age of 25 to 40 years, planted predominantly with Tempranillo and Garnacha. The winemaking process utilizes modern facilities with a production capacity exceeding one million kilograms, emphasizing hygiene and temperature control during harvest. Harvesting is conducted manually or mechanically depending on the wine style, and each plot and grape variety is vinified separately. Selected wines undergo maturation in French and American oak barrels before being bottled.
