About the estate

The family estate Viconari is located in Montefiore dell'Aso in the Marche region and has been active in viticulture since the 1960s. The vineyards are situated along the slopes of the Val Menocchia, where strict organic farming principles have been applied since 2014 without invasive soil cultivation. The calcareous soils and the interplay of sea breezes and winds from the Sibillini Mountains shape the character of the wines. The portfolio mainly comprises native grape varieties such as Montepulciano, Pecorino, Sangiovese, and Passerina, alongside small plots of international varieties. Production is deliberately limited to ensure maximum quality and the expression of the terroir.
