About the estate

The Udus – Agricola Viticola 3C estate is located in Uta in southern Sardinia and was founded by Fausto and his family to connect with agricultural memories of the past. Spanning ten hectares of vineyards under a typical Mediterranean climate, the property cultivates grape varieties such as Vermentino, Nuragus, Cannonau, Monica, Moscato, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Farming is carried out strictly following organic agriculture methods on sandy soils with a good clay content. Careful harvesting is done exclusively by hand using small crates to preserve the quality of the grapes. The portfolio includes wines under the Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, Monica di Sardegna DOC, and Isola dei Nuraghi IGT denominations.
