The Swiss family-run estate Tiersbierweine cultivates its vineyards in Schafis according to the guidelines of Bio-Suisse. Since early 2019, the winery has consistently focused on organic farming, cultivating fungus-resistant grape varieties such as Cabernet. The estate's wines mature primarily in oak barrels and represent sustainable viticulture in harmony with nature. From vine planting to bottling, craftsmanship and years of experience shape the character of the wines.
