The Thomas Windholz estate in Bruck an der Leitha cultivates 2.3 hectares of vineyards in the wine-growing regions of Carnuntum and Burgenland. Run in the first generation by Thomas Windholz, who learned viticulture from his grandfather, the winery was established in 2013. Supported by his family, the winemaker relies on organic certification since 2021 and gentle grape processing via free fall. The single vineyards Deutsche Sätze and Ungerberg produce classic white wines, rosé wines, and powerful red wines. Cultivated grape varieties include Veltliner, Gemischter Satz, Zweigelt, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Muscat.
