About the estate
The Terre Caudium winery looks back on a century-old tradition of winemaking, carried on by four generations of the Caporaso family. The vineyards are situated at approximately 400 meters above sea level on the slopes of Mount Taburno in Cautano. The family cultivates the vineyards located in the municipalities of Cautano and Vitulano, personally overseeing the entire production chain from cultivation to vinification. The wine portfolio includes the grape varieties Aglianico del Taburno, Falanghina, and Coda di Volpe. In 2007, the family began bottling the area's great DOC wines and established the current winery.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Aglianico and Piedirosso.
