About the estate

The Stopfer estate is located in the Weinviertel, Austria's northeasternmost wine region between the Manhartsberg and Wagram. The moderate continental climate with a strong Pannonian influence and cool late summers shapes the typical varietal wines. The winery cultivates organic vineyards and places great emphasis on biodiversity as well as an optimal nutrient supply for the soil. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand to protect the grapes and the vineyard. In addition to wines, the winery also produces sparkling wines made according to the Méthode Traditionelle.
