About the estate

The Soelva Andi estate in Caldaro sulla Strada del Vino was founded in 2005 when Andi Sölva took over the family business, beginning to vinify his own wines in 2007. In the vineyards around Lake Kaldaro as well as in sites such as Plantaditsch, Pulvernai, Malga, and Pianizza di Sopra, the winery cultivates old Schiava vines alongside Pinot Bianco, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat. This small-scale operation emphasizes respect for nature, meticulous manual harvesting, and strict grape selection, limiting total annual production to around 8,000 bottles. The heart of the assortment is the traditional Kalterersee, crafted from multiple Schiava varieties to express the unique identity of the area. The portfolio is completed by a selection of white and red wines rooted in local tradition.
