The Silva Salgado Comércio de Vinhos, Lda company was founded in 1959 by José da Silva Salgado and is currently managed as a family-owned winery by the second and third generations. Drawing on over six decades of experience, the estate produces wines from the Bairrada, Vinhos Verdes, Dão, Lisbon, and Alentejo regions. Operating its own vineyards and continuously investing in production processes, the winery crafts authentic selections including classic still wines, sparkling wines, and frisantes. The company exports millions of bottles to international markets and also offers partners the creation of exclusive private labels.
