About the estate
The Sers estate is located in Cofita within the Somontano DO wine region and is named after the cold northwest wind that shapes the life of the plants. The winery cultivates various vineyards featuring the grape varieties Parraleta, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. Harvesting is carried out manually at sunrise to bring the grapes into the cellar with the morning dew. The wines are produced without stabilization and with very gentle filtration. Additionally, the estate offers a restored historical accommodation situated in a former family farmhouse.
