The SEBASTE Azienda Agrivinicola srl estate is located in the hamlet of Vergne within the municipality of Barolo in Piedmont and was founded in 1985 by Tersilla Sebaste. At the beginning of the 2000s, the Merlo family took over the property and initiated a comprehensive renovation process, which included expanding the cellars underground. Across seven hectares of owned vineyards in the San Pietro, Bricco delle Viole, and Bussia crus, the estate cultivates classic grape varieties such as Nebbiolo. This yields traditional Piedmontese wines such as Barolo DOCG and Barbaresco DOCG, which reflect their regional origins and classic style.
