The SCHIAVENZA Az.Agr. s.s.a estate was founded in the 1920s by great-grandfather Maggiore in Serralunga d’Alba in Piedmont. Today, the family-run business manages eleven hectares of vineyards located in Serralunga d’Alba and Monforte d’Alba. The vineyard sites feature mineral-rich soils and an east to southeast exposure. The portfolio includes various regional appellations such as Barolo DOCG and Barbaresco DOCG. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods to reflect the character of the area of origin.
