About the estate
Winegrowing has been practiced by the Baumann family at the Schebi Baumann Weinbau Villigen estate for many generations. Following training in western Switzerland, the operation was continuously expanded and has been vinifying its own grapes again since 1993. Vineyard management and cellar work are carried out according to Vinatura guidelines with a strong focus on ecology. To support a diverse flora, every second row is tilled in the spring.
