About the estate

The SCEA Domaine de Bazin estate is located in the Gascon village of Mansencôme and looks back on a family history that began in the 1850s. Today, cousins Julie Barrère and Maxime Lévêque manage the property following in the footsteps of their ancestors, having started bottling their own wines in 2024. The vineyards extend over soils composed of clay, limestone, and silt, with white grape varieties making up the majority of the plantings. Authentic wines from the regional appellations are produced in a renovated family cellar equipped with modern technology. Furthermore, the estate operates with a certified sustainable approach in harmony with nature and local biodiversity.
