About the estate
The Savignola Paolina estate is located on the hills of Greve in Chianti and looks back on centuries of agricultural history. The documented history of the property begins in 1780 when it was acquired by the Fabbri family, who consolidated the wine-growing vocation of the estate. In the twentieth century, Paolina Fabbri Curcio shaped the modern direction of the winery as a pioneer and contributed to the creation of the consortium. Today, the portfolio includes wines from the Chianti Classico DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations. The property combines tradition, respect for the land, and a sustainable vision.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Merlot.
