The Sas des Sounsides estate is located in Labastide-en-Val in the Languedoc region within the AOC Corbières and is managed in the fifth generation by independent winemaker Marion Bedos. The vinification takes place in a village cellar built by her great-great-grandmother. The wine portfolio includes the Labastidoise red wine, the Chardonnay-based Blanc de Lune, and the Rosé du Camparas made from Grenache. A primary focus of the operation is to limit environmental impact, and the estate holds HVE3 certification. Applied working methods include the nocturnal harvest of the Chardonnay to preserve freshness and aromas.
