About the estate
The Santerhof estate looks back on a history documented as early as 1541 in Rio di Pusteria in South Tyrol and is run today by the Gasser family. The organic winery is among the pioneers of organic viticulture in the region and has relied consistently on fungus-resistant grape varieties since 1994. Farming is carried out sustainably, by hand, and in harmony with nature out of deep conviction. Following a fire disaster in January 2024, the estate was rebuilt with great care using its own timber, now uniting historical roots with modern cellar technology.
