About the estate
The San Dionigi estate in Verona traces its history back to the late 1960s, evolving from a contract-managed operation into a dedicated family-run winery. Across seven hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates native grape varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseleta, Spigamonti, and Croatina, alongside a small plot of Sangiovese. Operating under strict organic principles, the team avoids chemical weed killers and synthetic products, relying extensively on manual labor for canopy management and harvesting. Winemaking is conducted with a meticulous artisanal approach utilizing spontaneous fermentations to reflect the local terroir. In addition to wine production, the property engages in olive cultivation and the active preservation of biodiversity.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Corvina and Corvinone.
