The Az. Agr. Vicentini Emanuele e Agostino estate in Colognola ai Colli looks back on a family tradition spanning four generations, which began in 1929 when Francesco Vicentini acquired vineyards in the area. Across more than twenty hectares of vineyards in the Soave and Valpolicella appellations, the winery cultivates native grape varieties such as Garganega, Trebbiano, Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone. The soils range from calcareous and volcanic to rocky and alluvial, which shapes the character of the wines. Today, the fourth generation with Emanuele and Francesca manages the operations, producing wines under designations such as Soave DOC and Valpolicella DOC.
