About the estate
The Sackl winery is run by oenologist Patricia and geologist Florian. After working at wineries in France, Germany and Austria, the couple now combines their deep understanding of the earth and its processes in winemaking. The focus is on reducing their ecological footprint and minimizing intervention in the wine. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts, without filtration and without fining. This approach results in pure, natural fermented juice.
