About the estate

The ROCCHE DEI MANZONI Az. Agr.di Valentino s.s. estate was founded in 1974 when Valentino Migliorini acquired a farmhouse in Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont. The winery comprises 50 hectares of vineyards located entirely within the municipality of Monforte, primarily planted with Nebbiolo for Barolo as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Nero for sparkling wine. The estate gained recognition through pioneering practices such as introducing barriques, creating early Langa blends, and producing traditional method sparkling wines in the Langhe region. The vineyards sit at an average altitude of 350 meters with vines having an average age of 35 years.
