Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Quinta do Tamariz befindet sich in Barcelos in der Region Vinho Verde und wird in vierter Generation geführt. Die Anfänge des Betriebs gehen auf das späte 19. Jahrhundert zurück, bevor ab 1926 unter D. Lúcia Borges Vinagre ein starker vitivinikultureller Ausbau stattfand. Das Unternehmen produziert Weine, Schaumweine und Weinbrände, wobei in Weinberg und Keller der Grundsatz mehr Physik und weniger Chemie gilt. Als unabhängige Winzer bewahrt das Gut die gesammelte Erfahrung und verbindet sie mit dem Blick in die Zukunft.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 23 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Loureiro und Alvarinho. Der Betrieb beliefert Handel.
