About the estate
The Quercialuce estate is located in Tuscany in a hilly area near the sea within the municipality of Riparbella. Managed by Massimo Monti, who combines degrees in medicine with studies in viticulture and oenology, the winery focuses on natural production methods that respect the human organism. Vineyard management avoids heavy tractors and pesticides, with tasks such as pruning, shoot thinning, and harvesting performed entirely by hand. Winemaking also dispenses with added sulfites and industrial stabilizers. The grapes are selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and bottling is likewise completed manually.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Syrah.
