The vineyards cover 70 hectares in the area of General Todorov village near Melnik, cultivating international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay alongside local varieties like Shiroka Melnishka Loza and Ranna Melnishka Loza. The estate utilizes modern technical equipment for vinification and maintains a production capacity exceeding three million liters. The wines are produced under the Thracian Lowlands PGI designation.
