The Pian delle Querci estate is a family-run agricultural business situated on the hills of Montalcino in Tuscany, managed by the Pinti family for four generations. The property spans 50 hectares, with 8.5 hectares dedicated to vineyards producing Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, and Sant'Antimo. Cultivation relies on a low spurred cordon training system with short pruning to ensure low yields and high grape quality. In the cellar, under the guidance of Pinti Vittorio, vinification involves slow fermentations in stainless steel vats without added yeasts, followed by aging in large Slavonian oak barrels.
