About the estate
The Domaine CIRRUS estate was founded in 2015 by Philippe Rapacz in Durban-Corbières within the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. The winery cultivates ten hectares of vineyards featuring old parcels on schist soils, managed according to organic farming principles. Harvesting of the Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache grape varieties is done entirely by hand at optimal maturity. In the estate's own cellar, structured and aromatic wines of the AOC Corbières denomination are produced with minimal intervention.
