About the estate

The Perticaia estate is situated in the green hills of the heart of Umbria not far from Montefalco and has been managed by the Becca family since 2018. The name derives from the archaic Umbrian term for the plough, representing the deep connection to the local land. Across currently 34 hectares of vineyards, the winery produces classic wines such as Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and Montefalco Rosso DOC, which are recognized for their elegance. Furthermore, the estate is considered a pioneer in the rediscovery and enhancement of Trebbiano Spoletino. Guided by a passionate young team, the winery places a strong emphasis on sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.
