The family-run Domaine de Haute Molière estate is managed across five generations and is located in Vauxrenard in the northern Beaujolais region. The winery cultivates six hectares of vineyards on granitic soils, all farmed organically. The portfolio comprises wines from the Beaujolais-Villages, Fleurie, Morgon, Coteaux Bourguignons, and Crémant de Bourgogne appellations. Gamay is exclusively cultivated as the red grape variety, complemented by Chardonnay for white wines. Agricultural practices are designed to respect the environment and preserve the specific characteristics of the terroir.
