About the estate

The Pago de Tharsys estate is located in Requena and manages fourteen hectares of organic vineyards at an altitude of eight hundred meters above sea level. The winery dates back to eighteen hundred and eight and features an underground cellar excavated directly into the limestone mother rock. The producer follows organic viticulture principles, crafting cava, estate wines with specific denominations, and spirits. The unique soils and a local microclimate shape the characteristics of the fresh, aromatic, and long-lived wines. The portfolio comprises sparkling wines, still white and red wines, and artisanal distillates.
