The family-owned Chozas Carrascal estate in the Requena region was founded in 1990 and was granted the Vino de Pago category in 2012. The estate cultivates eleven different grape varieties on its soils, with harvesting consistently taking place in the early morning hours. During vinification, each grape variety is handled separately and fermented independently, focusing on the Mediterranean culture of blending. The winery has a capacity of 300,000 liters and utilizes eleven concrete tanks alongside fourteen stainless steel tanks.
