About the estate
The Finca San Blas estate is located in a natural landscape in Requena featuring a total of 75 hectares of vineyards alongside olive trees, almond trees, and aromatic plants. The local geology and microclimate provide the conditions for the winery's production. Inspired by the traditional French château culture, the cellar is situated at the very center of the estate, combining artisanal methods with an organic approach. Following manual harvesting and transport in small boxes, the grapes are meticulously sorted on a selection table. The entire winemaking process is guided by tradition and rigor, utilizing the natural slope of the facility to gravity-feed the grapes into vats.
