The Mipanas winery located in El Grado in the Aragón region produces limited quantities of wine under the Somontano DO following a garage wine philosophy. The meticulous and artisanal working method begins directly in the vineyard with a strict yield reduction to a maximum of one kilogram per vine. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand using small boxes to ensure the grapes arrive at the cellar intact. For vinification, the estate utilizes a sorting table, small tanks, a cold room, and selected barrels. The portfolio includes a red wine and a white wine.

Color amarillo pálido con reflejos de oro nuevo, limpio y brillante. En nariz muestra un amplio despliegue de aromas de madera tostada y especias como el clavo, la vainilla y la rama de canela. En boca es un vino goloso y estructurado, con cuerpo pero fresco, amplios sabores tostados de la crianza en barrica. Retronasal de fruta madura y frutos secos.
