The Minerdi vini winery is run by the brothers Umberto and Simone, who continue the family wine tradition as winemakers and interpreters. Umberto focuses on the wine, while Simone is responsible for the work in the vineyards. Together, the two have established their own cellar, representing artisanal ambition. The production combines family roots with a continuous generational transition.
