About the estate
The Menaldo estate was founded in 2020 by Thomas in Jouques on the plateau of Bèdes in Provence. The winery cultivates nine hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 400 meters, characterized by a transition between continental and Mediterranean climates. The grape variety portfolio includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Caladoc, Rolle, Clairette, and Sauvignon blanc. Cultivation follows organic principles with sustainable methods such as gentle pruning and manual harvesting. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention to preserve the character of the terroir.
