About the estate
The Mas de la Dame estate is currently managed in the fourth generation by Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, the great-granddaughters of the founder. Located at the foot of the village of Les Baux-de-Provence on the southern slope of the Alpilles, the winery's history dates back to 1903. Spanning 58 hectares of vineyards, the vines grow on highly draining clay-limestone soils formed by stony scree. The vineyards are managed without insecticides or herbicides, and vinification is certified organic by Ecocert. For the production of red, white, and rosé wines, varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rolle are cultivated, with all grapes harvested by hand.
