About the estate

The MARRONE Az. Agr. s.s.a estate, located in La Morra in Piedmont, looks back on a history that began in 1887 with Pietro Marrone. Today, the winery is run by the family in the fourth generation, with the winemaker Gian Piero's three daughters actively involved in oenology, administration, and sales. The vineyards are planted with traditional indigenous grape varieties such as Arneis, Favorita, Moscato, Barbera, Dolcetto, and Nebbiolo. The portfolio includes renowned denominations such as Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, Dogliani DOCG, Barbera D'Alba DOC, and Gavi DOCG. The management of the vineyards aims to create an ecological system that provides the plants with optimal living conditions.
