The Marcuzzi Viticola estate cultivates five hectares of vineyards in San Floriano del Collio within the Collio DOC denomination. The winery focuses on the expression of terroir, allowing the must to ferment exclusively with natural yeasts on the skins to highlight the elegance and character of the grape varieties. Vinification utilizes short maceration times to ensure clean wines without oxidation.
