About the estate
The Mar de Envero winery was founded in 2007 by Manyo Moreira and produces wines within the Rías Baixas denomination. After working in various wine-growing regions, the winemaker returned to Galicia to harness the potential of native grape varieties. The architecture of the cellar relies on underground, thermally stable winemaking as well as an elevated grape reception area for gravity-fed must transfer. Both in the vineyard and the cellar, the estate follows a sustainable working method that reflects the character of the Atlantic-influenced region.
