About the estate
The family-run Adega Eidos winery was established in 2000 and cultivates its vineyards in the southern part of the Val do Salnés subzone within the Rías Baixas DO denomination. The vineyards are situated on a protected slope called Padriñán in Sanxenxo, benefiting from a unique microclimate and specific geographical soil conditions. These conditions enable the cultivation of Albariño grapes with an optimal degree of ripeness and a balanced ratio of acids and sugars. The estate produces characterful, single-varietal Albariño wines alongside carefully macerated spirits.
