About the estate
The Lucien le Moine estate was established in 1999 by Mounir Saouma and Rotem in Beaune. The winery specializes in the production of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus from the Côte d’Or as well as wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. During the artisanal winemaking process, great importance is placed on aging the wines on their lees in custom-made oak barrels. All wines are bottled without any fining or filtration. The annual production is strictly limited to ensure that all work processes can be carried out by hand.
