About the estate
The Les Terres de St Hilaire estate is located in the heart of Provence and looks back on a history dating back to antiquity. Surrounded by a secular forest landscape, the property covers a total area of 1,500 hectares, with 140 hectares dedicated to viticulture. The vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of reasoned agriculture and sustainable winegrowing. Various grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, and Cabernet-Sauvignon are grown in the vineyards. In the winery, vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and epoxy-concrete tanks, complemented by aging in oak barrels and large foudres.
