About the estate

The Les Olives de Tourris estate is located in La Valette-du-Var in Provence, producing both wines and olive oil. Viticulture follows sustainable farming principles using traditional methods such as manual harvesting and aging on-site in tanks or oak barrels. Bottling is also carried out directly at the winery, with quality regularly monitored by an independent oenology firm. In addition, around 2,500 olive trees have been planted on the property over the past decade, with the olives harvested by hand and processed at a local mill in Le Pradet.
