About the estate

Founded in 1913, the Les Caves du Commandeur estate in Montfort-sur-Argens unites the efforts of over sixty winegrowers in the heart of Provence Verte. The production includes wines from the AOC Côtes de Provence, AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence, and IGP Var denominations, crafted as red, white, and rosé wines. A significant portion of the vineyard area is farmed sustainably, with the vast majority certified in organic agriculture or holding high environmental value certification. The grape varieties are dominated by Cinsault and Grenache for the rosés and Rolle for the whites. The management of the vineyard combines traditional methods with modern production standards.
