About the estate

The Le Lune Del Vesuvio estate is a family-run winery located within the Vesuvius National Park in Terzigno in the Campania region. The vineyards climb the slopes of the volcano up to an altitude of 400 meters and consist largely of ungrafted vines. The vines grow in dark, porous volcanic soil that retains moisture and imparts mineral character, depth, and power to the wines. At the center of production is the traditional Lacryma Christi wine of Vesuvius, whose history is deeply intertwined with the region's mythology. In addition to winemaking, the estate also cultivates typical local products such as vegetables and olives.
