About the estate
The La Palazzetta estate is located in Montalcino in Tuscany and is run as a family business with agricultural roots dating back to the great-grandparents in Castelnuovo dell'Abate. The winery was founded in 1988 by Flavio and Carla with a single hectare of Sangiovese, and today their children Luca and Tea continue the family tradition. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming methods with great care and manual harvesting of the grapes. In the cellar, the harvest is processed using tradition and innovation with temperature-controlled fermentation and aging predominantly in French oak barrels. The produced wines include the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC denominations.
