About the estate
The La Casaccia estate in Cella Monte within Monferrato has been cultivating land and producing wine for over a century. Since 2000, the winery has strictly followed organic farming methods without using synthetic chemical products. Many of the vineyards are over thirty years old and receive meticulous manual care throughout the growing season. Vines are trained using the Guyot system, supported by hand-managed practices such as leaf removal and cluster thinning to ensure quality. Plant protection relies exclusively on natural and eco-friendly treatments.
