About the estate
The L'avventura winery was founded in 2015 by Stefano and Gabriella in Piglio in the Lazio region and operates as a family business. The estate focuses on cultivating the Cesanese grape variety in the heart of the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG appellation as well as Lazio IGT. The cultivated vineyard area now covers ten hectares, which are farmed organically. In addition to the primary focus on Cesanese, the portfolio includes wines such as Passerina, Pinot Nero, Metodo Classico, Rosato, and Passito. Alongside winemaking, the estate runs an affiliated wine resort on the same hill.
